- During the first two weeks of Phase I registration (11/10-11/21), LMC 3403 Sections CS0-CS9 and CX0-CX9 are available by permit only to CM and CS spring degree candidates who completed the Spring 2026 OAG by Oct. 9.

- Beginning week five of Phase I registration (12/8 and beyond), we will open the sections above to all CS/CM juniors – no permit needed.
Note: A permit does not guarantee you a spot in the section – you must register for an open CS/CM section when your time ticket opens.
Important:
- CM and CS majors cannot take sections reserved for other majors.
- Seats will be first-come, first-served. NO OVERLOADS.
- If you intentionally misrepresent your graduation status to get access to the class, you will be dropped from the course.
Why don’t I have a permit?
- If you did not apply to graduate by Oct. 9, you have not been given a permit for LMC 3403.
- Students who applied by the Spring 2026 graduation priority deadline of Oct. 9 will receive permits first.
- Students who applied to graduate after Oct. 9 will receive additional information on their options at a later date.
- Senior status means you have 90 earned hours, not including your current spring semester hours.
