Dr. Paige Davis Arrington is a Marion L. Brittain postdoctoral fellow in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication. She received her PhD in Rhetoric and Composition from Georgia State University. Her primary research interests include composition pedagogy, literacy pedagogy with an emphasis on the transition from lower grade writing into college writing, archival research, and the role of digital media and materialism in literacy education. Her philosophy and scholarship draws heavily from her experience as a Montessori teacher and teacher trainer as she seeks to better understand and optimize the role of digital and physical materials in the learning and composing practices of young adults.
